Pick-up: All welcome. Usually a bit of a warm-up followed by a one hour game with whoever shows up! Great for beginners to get a feel for the game.
Training: Slightly more serious - but also all welcome. Usually three hours. Two hours of drills and game-situation development followed by a one hour game. Pub always follows!
